Played a bit yesterday. Despite my entry yesterday, Zooe and I did some 2v2, my DK and his resto druid. I was short on time, but we got several wins in.
Also did some BGs. Horde was playing so poorly that it took me multiple tries to get my win on Chilldeed. I didn’t even get onto Chillpaw.
Did some BGs yesterday.
Horde did pretty poorly overall. It seems like at this point in the expansion, people are looking for things to do, and so grouping up more. So I logged wins on both Chilldeed and Chillpaw, but had plenty of losses.
With Zooe in his SWTOR beta and Oni playing sporadically, I am really down to those two toons for arena, mostly. Which is probably enough, really.
Paranoid delved into the Firelands this weekend. We did not take down a boss yet, but learned a lot, and I expect we will take one down soon.
Arena season should start up today, which will be fun. Also, it was AV weekend, and I had fun doing many BGs, both solo and with guildies.
Playing was a bit limited, but Chillhand has done both Firelands quest chains, and has opened up the dailies.
I also went on all my PVP toons. They all have at least one more piece of gear.
I did several BGs on Chilldeed. Recount isn’t working yet, but it felt like the Hemo buff was helping.
Finally, much money was made on mats, enchants, and gems.
I prepped for 4.2 last night.
I took Chillhabd through Hyjal through the Regrowth. Thanks to Teo and Neth, I figured out a couple of problem areas. If you are stuck at 74 quests towards the Hyjal achievement, look for the NE named Crow just south of the tunnel at the north end of the run with the dragonkin.
I also ran some BGs with Tempe, Chol, and Mike to get Chillheart capped.
Then I went through my PVP toons and spent down so that their conquest+honor aren’t above 4000. Hopefully now I won’t lose points. (Chillblood is just over, but I want a weapon ASAP.)
Oni and I tried to do arena last night. It didn’t work. We speculated that the arena season had ended, but if so, then why did it still show the normal screen letting us know the points we would get for a win and etc?
Possibly the season ended on our realm but it doesn’t show yet due to the day-ahead nature of the Jubei’thos realm?
Anyway, ran some BGs. Will try to get as many points on as many toons as possible during the downtime.
Didn’t raid this weekend. I am doing some BGs, trying to get honor and conquest built up before 4.2.
Paranoid got the guild achieve for heroic Lich King, so grats to them!
Rough night doing BGs on Chillblood.
I think locks work better in a small-group setting like arenas. With few movement abilities-and the main one, teleport, needing to be set up ahead of time-it is easy to get swarmed. Very annoying.
Low time yesterday, but ran a few BGs with the guildies again. Good stuff.
Tried demo a bit, but went right back to affliction.
Still very squishy. Lots of gear needed. It will be interesting to see if I feel more solid when Chillblood is over 2k resilience.
Chillblood is now 85!
All of my Wrath-80 toons except my now-bank-alt hunter are maxed out.
Did a couple of random BGs with some guildies. Fun stuff, and I realized that I don’t do randoms with guildies enough.
